These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern the Little Greek Fresh Grill text messaging program (“Program”). By opting in to the Program, you agree to these Mobile Terms and authorize Little Greek Fresh Grill to send text messages to the mobile telephone number you provided.
Program Description
Little Greek Fresh Grill may send recurring automated text messages containing offers, promotions, restaurant news, loyalty or text club updates, event information, location-specific announcements, and other marketing or informational communications.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the Program, your selected Little Greek Fresh Grill location, and the communications you have requested.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.
How to Opt Out
You may cancel your participation in the Program at any time by replying STOP to a message from Little Greek Fresh Grill.
After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from the applicable Program unless you opt in again.
Other supported opt-out keywords may include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT.

Eligibility and Mobile Number Responsibilities
You must be the account holder for the mobile number provided or have the account holder’s authorization to enroll that number in the Program.
If you change, deactivate, or transfer your mobile telephone number, you agree to opt out of the Program before giving up control of that number. You are responsible for notifying Little Greek Fresh Grill if your mobile number changes.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the Program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
